My vision for Nurture Planet is to be a catalyst and an inspiration for transformation through healing, movement, music, art, community, and connection. I've spent the last 15 years gathering nurturing resources, teachings, information and tools that have profoundly improved the quality of my life in every way; from energy and health to personal and professional abundance to connection to my self, my community and my spirit.

I know it can be overwhelming and time-consuming to find the right resources for ourselves. Through Nurture Planet, I want to share what I have discovered to help people navigate their own path, not only for physical and spiritual development, but also for personal and creative expression, which is a huge part of the process of healing and transformation.
